Referral Service, Not a Contractor
SepticPumpingExperts.com is a referral and dispatch platform. We connect homeowners with independent, third-party septic service professionals. We are not a licensed septic contractor ourselves, and we do not perform pumping, cleaning, inspection, or repair work directly.
Educational Content
Articles, guides, and cost estimates published on this site (including our Septic Learning Center) are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed professional, and actual conditions, costs, and requirements for your property may differ from what’s described.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we vet Service Providers for licensing, insurance, and background checks, we cannot guarantee the specific outcome of any service visit. Septic systems vary widely, and unforeseen issues can arise once work begins.
Cost Estimates
Prices mentioned in our content or stated before a visit are estimates based on typical conditions and the information available at the time. Final cost is confirmed on-site by the Service Provider before work begins.
Local Regulations
Septic regulations, permit requirements, and inspection standards vary by state and county. Always confirm current local requirements with your county health department or a licensed local professional.

What This Disclaimer Covers
This disclaimer applies to all educational and informational content on septicpumpingexperts.com, including our cost guides, maintenance schedules, and warning-sign articles. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an in-person inspection by a licensed septic professional.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Costs, timelines, and maintenance intervals mentioned on this site are general estimates based on typical conditions and can vary significantly by region, tank size, soil type, and local permitting requirements. This disclaimer means we cannot guarantee that your specific situation will match the ranges described in any article.
Independent Service Providers
As covered in our terms and conditions, the technicians who perform work booked through this site are independent, licensed professionals, not employees of Septic Pumping Experts. This disclaimer extends to their work: we facilitate the connection, but the licensed provider is responsible for the service performed at your property.
When to Consult a Professional
If you’re dealing with an active backup, sewage surfacing in your yard, or any situation that could affect health or safety, don’t rely on general information — contact a licensed technician right away. For broader background on septic system regulation, see the EPA’s septic systems overview.
External Links
This disclaimer also covers links to outside resources, such as government sites, that appear throughout our content. We link to them because we find them useful, not because we control or vouch for everything they publish. Content on external sites can change after we link to it.
Updates to This Disclaimer
We may revise this disclaimer periodically as our content or services change. Checking back occasionally, especially before relying heavily on cost or timeline estimates from an older article, is a reasonable practice.
Questions About This Disclaimer
If anything in this disclaimer is unclear, or you want clarification on a specific article before acting on it, reach out through our contact page. We’d rather answer a question upfront than have you make a decision based on a misunderstanding of what our content does and doesn’t guarantee.
In short: use our guides to get informed and ask better questions on your service call, but treat the technician’s in-person assessment — not this disclaimer or any article on this site — as the final word on your specific system.
This disclaimer is meant to set clear expectations, not to discourage you from reading our guides — they’re written to help you have a more informed conversation with your technician, not to replace one.
