3. Service Costs
Stated prices are flat-rate estimates provided based on the information you give us at the time of booking. Final cost is confirmed by the Service Provider on-site before work begins. Additional work discovered during service (such as repairs beyond a standard pump-out) will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.
4. Scheduling
Appointment windows and response times are estimates. While we work to confirm appointments promptly and offer same-week service in most areas, actual availability depends on the Service Provider’s schedule and local conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SepticPumpingExperts.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the acts or omissions of a Service Provider, including but not limited to property damage, incomplete work, or delays. Your service agreement is with the Service Provider who performs the work.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this Site, including submitting false information, attempting to access non-public areas of the Site, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
